第一阶段的工作重点在于让客户对市场状况有一初步了解,遴选并实地考察项目;通过本阶段工作,客户基本上已考察完市场上所有能满足其要求的物业。

understanding towards the market, With the completion of woks
in Phase I, customers will basically have completed the inspection
towards the properties that can meet the customers’ requirements
in the market. |
第二阶段 —— 从完成项目初步考察工作开始,通过本阶段工作,客户已能够选出一个或数个候选物业,并针对所选物业进行下一部的工作。
Phase II Starting from the Initial Investigation to Properties.With
the completion of woks in Phase II, customers shall have already
made selections for one or more candidate properties for further
work engagement. |
第三阶段 —— 从选定一个或数个候选项目开始,通过第三阶段的工作,客户已经和发展商签订了租赁合同
After Phase III, the client has signed lease contract with
the developer |
第四阶段 —— 从客户跟发展商签订租赁合同开始,完成第四阶段后,客户已顺利迁至新大厦办公,其后的工作以售后服务为主。
After Phase IV, the client has moved into the new building
smoothly and after- sale services will then take the major role. |
